Eligibility:

• MySQL 5.x scripting and maintenance, MySQL database administration experience.Knowledge of Linux systems administration.
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining production systems and SaaS applications.
• Evaluating open-source tools to improve efficiency.
• Virtual systems build and management utilizing KVM, Xen, etc.Performance analysis and optimization.
• Experienced in Java application servers (Tomcat, JBoss, etc) in a highly available and high throughput environment.Implementing and supporting management tools.
• Fault detection, isolation, resolution, and root cause analysis.
• Building and tools, scripts, and operating procedures for continuous efficiency improvement.
• Scripting skills using Unix scripting toolkits (bash, sed, awk, etc).
• Some knowledge of Storage Administration (e.g iSCSI, Openfiller).
• Deploying new releases and patches to test and production environments.
• Exploring new technologies to improve efficiency and maximize performance.
